Criteria for selecting a supplier:

1. Location of the supplier's organization as related to the location of the consumer’s organization;
2. Deadlines for current and emergency orders;
3. Supplier having spare capacity available;
4. Supplier having a quality management system set up and available;
5. Creditworthiness and financial situation of the supplier;
6. Supplier’s readiness to execute orders and work with customers without pre-payment, work on credit, provision of installments;
